Recent activities include advisory and consulting services to companies such as WorleyParsons (recovering an out of control project for client Santos), Amec Foster Wheeler (increasing project fees with a client by 30%) and the Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) (advising on their capital expenditure management program several billion dollars per year, project execution consulting on a project portfolio of $1.4 billion).
We have held long term consultancy arrangements with companies such as Kuwait Stock Exchange listed group Equipment Holdings (supplying construction equipment to the market since 1952) and Al Khadda International (an EPC operating in Kuwait since 1960, whose projects increased by $250m USD in under two years with our guidance and strategic direction) and have given many consulting appointments with Middle East companies such as Alghanim International (advice on Eastern European manufacturers), IDS Iraq (advice on entry into the oil and gas market) and KIAICO, and international companies such as Chinese oil drilling services company Anton Oil (Kuwait entry), Swiss EPC company ABB (brining them a $150m project) and Russian EPC company Zavkom (Kuwait entry).
We also hold various representation agreements such as with Brazilian upstream tubing manufacturer Columbia and various other suppliers from around the world.
